just thought that i wouldn't cuz i was reading the inspection rules and it says if u change or alter ur bumpers, and i did change the bumpers, but then again there securely on there, so there shouldn't be a problem i guess.

black03rice???? what u have read about bumper alterations is true BUT you didnt alter your BUMPER. u replaced your factory bumper COVER wiht an aftermarket bumper cover. the actual bumper is the big horizontal metal beam that u see when u put ur kit on. unless you cut your metal bumper or altered it in any way then it wont pass inspection. ill can assure you that no mechanic will take off your kit to see if the bumper is still there and unmodified. also if you have your car dropped/lowered most mechanics wont even bother inspecting you. reason 1 is that the vehical is lower than factory and the headlight measurement (distance from center of headlight beam to the ground) is lower than required. also unless you go to a performance garage your typical Goodyear, sears, or billy bobs repair center wont have lifts that your car can drive onto wihtout scraping or damaging your body kit or frame. BTW my car wont pass any PA inspection places because of: cleared headlights, non DOT bulbs, exhaust, 5% window tints, white turnsignals, and window drop so i take mine back home and get hooked up with an inspection. im pretty confident in my response on this question. but if im wrong let me know. hope this helps you out. peace
