Selling MOMO Rims question...

My rims: www.cardomain.com/id/norek

Current condition, physically fine as in no dents or bends.

Road rash all over them.

I have the option of the following:

1) Sell them - I think for $600 since they are Momo's and they are rare (good luck finding these anywhere).

2) Refinish them...
step 1: try to touch them up myself and see what that looks like
step 2: pay $125 per rim to get them to look brand new profesionally

Anyone think that road rashed rims could never sell for $600 even if they are momo?

If I did sell them for a reasonable price, then I could buy Freddy's MR7 gunmetals

I'd just sell'em as is ... if it costs you $500 to refinish them, your never gonna recoup that cost in selling them. You'd have to price them at $1100 to get back the $$$.

My cousin filled in his curb rash on his BBS rims last year and it looked pretty good. I might try it on mine and let you know on the outcome.
