Rep Power: 0 Selling MOMO Rims question...
My rims: www.cardomain.com/id/norek
Current condition, physically fine as in no dents or bends.
Road rash all over them.
I have the option of the following:
1) Sell them - I think for $600 since they are Momo's and they are rare (good luck finding these anywhere).
2) Refinish them...
step 1: try to touch them up myself and see what that looks like
step 2: pay $125 per rim to get them to look brand new profesionally
Anyone think that road rashed rims could never sell for $600 even if they are momo?
If I did sell them for a reasonable price, then I could buy Freddy's MR7 gunmetals

Rep Power: 0 I'd just sell'em as is ... if it costs you $500 to refinish them, your never gonna recoup that cost in selling them. You'd have to price them at $1100 to get back the $$$.
My cousin filled in his curb rash on his BBS rims last year and it looked pretty good. I might try it on mine and let you know on the outcome.

Abe: Sorry buddy. I really don't want to part with mine, that's why the offer would have to be irresistable. I'll sell you my lug nuts for 200!
Andrewski: That's exactly what I'm gona do with the putty and ****.
