Ok as I stated I just cant afford the whole weekend but I am willing to go down for a road trip on Saturday Morning returning Saturday night....

Post up if you are interested we can all cruise togather or people can jump in with other people......

If you wanted an *early* morning cruise with others ... early being like 7am or so I think .. I can ask the organizer of Getaway Events .. believe they are having breakfast at 6am and then leaving shortly there after to DKN (from Ottawa)

though thats only a cruise down, not back..

Not to sound like an *** or anything, but I think this whole idea of seeing of people want to drive down and back on Saturday will really affect the plans that we were supposed to have. There are only like 3-4 of us entering the show, the whole plan was to see how many people we could fit in 2 hotel rooms, this way it would be CHEAP. We were supposed to drive down early Friday, spend the day doing whatever, than heading to the show Saturday morning, and again Sunday morning, until we wanted to leave. If people are going to start going down only on Saturday, than I'll get my $50 back from Jer2K and I won't bother going. This was supposed to be a fun weekend event guys. c'mon.

I know it sucks for ya but I am not about to spend a **** load of cash just for you to be happy. I remember last year everyone said that the week-end was expensive...even you eric. I know my self I spent close to $300. Julian is comming with me this year and i can't afford to lay out $500 for the week-end when I don't even know if my car will make it. Putting a damper on the people who wanna go but can't afford it is not nice. Plus I do think that people were under the impression that the hotel would be super cheap which it is not anymore. Plus you can't get your money back from Jer2k..thats not fair for him. He went out on a line and spotted people the money. Making him give it back to you is not fair to him. I am not going and if I can't find someone to take my spot I still have to pay the $50 not matter if I go or not

Sory Eric like I said I can find a hell of alot of **** I can buy with 200 buck then just for a weekend....

And yeah even if you put a bunch of more people in a room no one will sleep man it will be party all night and in the sun all day sorry if I feel old but I know that after a long day in the sun I will wanna get drunk and pass out and if there are 5 other people in my room with me partying and I get woken up I know it wont be a happy time....

I am really sorry if this puts a dampen on your plans but man you can still go have a great time I will see you at the show on Saturday but It is just too much cash to spend on a car show that I know I wont win a thing.

if people who are not entering still wanna go down on Saturday, then I'll come. If not then I guess I won't be going, trying to save as much moola as possible this summer
