Do you guys remember the old days?
Do you guys remember when we first got together. I found this pic and I started remembering the first summer we meet. You guys drove crazy back then. Mike getting a red light ticket. I remember we all scattered and I was in the parking lot with Jim, Julian and Rob. I remembered Jim went to check the scene out with Julian. Rob and I stayed back and Rob was telling me that we should all pitch in a help pay for Mikes ticket. AND how can we all forget good old RBABE. What ever happened to her. Anyways just thought I would share

Rep Power: 294 Thats way before I got to know there was/is an Ottawa subforum .. though I have heard of the ticket plenty of times 
Never knew Rob, Donald, Pete .. then again, I've only been up to Ottawa three times to meet - and had fun all three
- First was mid August 04.. Whitehalf came out that first night too, so there were two noobies for you guys to enjoy
Baller was mia that meet - as he was having install problems Player had just come back from TO with donuts for you .. sparky ran out at a light to lend me a two-way .. noob with two-way got static and got distracted resulting in pulling towards a curb sharply as he didn't realize people were stopped for a speedbump 
(curb > rear end).. went underneath Champlain bridge for pics .. hospitality offered to a stranger - and not forgotten 
- Second (not including driving with Freddy and DnarahP for the BBQ meet) was Halo 2 tourny (mid Nov) at Freddy's .. saw skiboard, SuperFishy, Baller, burnhard, Si2NV (as well as others) for the first time .. Memorial thing was seeing Freddy's parents look as I brought in the six boxes of donuts
- Last time (not counting the shoot to Viper's for the window changeover) was early April 05 and thats still fresh in memory

I actually organized the 1st Ottawa meet in early 2001. Me and one other dude showed up. Dunno whatever happend to him (names derek i think). I think Mike knew about it but didn't show up or something, I had seen his car a few times around the city as well.

My first official meet was with Freddy and Pete. Then later on I started working in Kanata and would see Jim's LX rippin around all the time...finally bumped into him on the boards and we met up in Kanata...then we got tossed out of a parking lot for attempting to autox the islands...haha. Good times.
