shittiest day ever!

Well on the way to pick up my mom from work today I got rear ended at about 20km by a guy in a red 7thgen (no damage)...so i got his info just incase! (really nice guy BTW) as i got back into my car heading down walkley towards moonies bay....BOOM! i get clocked doing 70 in a 50 zone ...he reduced it to 65 in a 50 with no points and a $52.50 ticket (will this show up on my insurance???)

anyways, it has been an extemely shitty day for me and I decided to not leave the house for the rest of the day because knowing my luck something else might happen

that blows...thankfully no damage to the car. I'm not sure that ticket will show up on your insurance which is probably why he reduced it to begin with.

Ouch man ... its those long winter days eh .. takin a toll on you too. **** bring back spring.

Anyways yeah ... stayin inside ... I'm guessin is a good idea. As for the $50 ticket ... I dont believe it shows up (no points). I believe its something like 2 minors and a major infraction before something bad happens at the insurance ... but dont quote me on that.

Anyways good suggestion on Friday at Eastsides ... to bad you were way on the other side of the table but ... still was a great time.

it'll affect your insurance (I had one 15km/h over ticket when i went to get insurance recently)...it cranks it up, but not by much.

The good thing is that you didn't get points. Insurance companies watch points like your mom watches sextv. it's what matters more. ugh...i had a big talk about this with my insurance broker.

there's a lot of myths surrounding insurance, like the whole "2 minors, 1 major" etc. Most of it revolves around how many years you've had your license (full G), how many years you've gone without a ticket (PERIOD), etc. thats how they come up with their "Star" system. Fukking stars.

I'll probably be down with the drunk drivers when i go to renew my bike insurance. fek.

but yeah d00d, 15km/h over...no worries.

It should not affect your insurance but will show up. with my insurance I am allowed 2 minor and/or 1/or2 (I forget) majors before it affects me. It shows on my insurance that I have one minor but does nothing to my rates. I think staying in the house is good for now. Did you give the guy with the red 7th gen a card? Go masterbate that should help

actually I did give him a card! ...he was a nice guy and I can tell he felt bad!

Andrew, no way dude, that sucks donkey nads .... in both incidents! No scratches or anything on your bumper?? you may notice some marks next time you wash your car. Good thing you got the drivers information.

Speeding ticket is a kick in the junk though. I know a few serious speed traps in my area, I usually drive like an old man when I'm not with you clowns
