I think starting today Rogers bought Fido and their network will be working together

yeah, Fido will be on the rogers network for the next 3 months... after that, if you wana stay on the rogers network, you have to pay an extra 5$ per month.

Read the second part of the Coverage FAQ... does this mean that after 3 months, we'll have to pay $5/mth to be able to use the Rogers towers?

yup, $5 after 3 months
but it's still a hella deal cause, Rogers has Per min billing and Fido has per second billing so you save more then $5 right there!
