no no .. unless you know you have an escape route. Because if that cop has to pull a u-turn and you can cut down two streets (giving the cop too many choices to follow you by) .. you RUN and then just hope he didn't get the plates and/or guess the right ways to go

usually worst case scenario .. (especially only if you get caught ) but if you endanger lives (ie put on a high speed chase) then yes, you often spend some time behind bars ..

evade cops ummm never first off you maybe fast but not faster than the radio signal it takes to relay the info on your car plate or no plate and not to mention that the biggest gang in the world is the cops and if you make them work they will work on you!!!!!!
