Landin and Freddy, I'm up for this week sometime!!! I only work until 2 pm Mon-Fri so do you think we could plan something after 2? or we could go during a weekend when Freddy's not working.
As far as SUV's/4x4's go I think they are more of a danger b/c people drive them like they are invinsible in the snow.... and usually they are the ones who end up T-boning some poor Civic driver at an intersection!

I'm not sure of the exact conversion but our speed limits on major highways are the same. So, 100 km/h would be the limit here.
And yes I was speeding
And I was today too

Damn it has been cold...I got myself a car starter but I don't know where to get it installed. So far I got quoted $130 for installation on my 2 way pager alarm. Do any of you guys know where is the best and least expensive place to get it done?

so if i'm going 50mph i'm going 80km/h
something you have to know when your spedometer is in mph and you live in Canada...
but i don't get it... why haven't the americans changed to the metric system yet??? isn't it the only place in the world that hasn't done so?
how does it go again? 12 inches in a foot, 3 feet in a yard... how many yards in a mile again? who knows...?
now for metric: 10 mm in 1cm, 10cm in 1dm, 10dm in 1 meter... 1000 meters in a km... isn't that simpler?

Ahhh Freddy, the voice of reason and intelligence. Thanks for clearing that up bro!
Yeah when are they gonna switch? I think it is the only place that does it that way.

Crap it's cold today! There were like 4 accidents on the East 417 this morning, I was like an hour late for work!
Apparantly there are about two, six car pileups on the west bound. It's after 11 and the traffic is still backed up past the split!!
The ground is so damn cold that it's like ice even though there isn't any. Your tires can't heat up in this temperature and won't especially because the traffic isn't moving....Just crazy!

hehehe Tell me what it's like to be well insulated TeK!!
j/k... Yes yes, my body is nice and warm most of the time thanks to the many layer of FAT, i mean body insulation. But My face, oh my does my face suffer, i was not designed to live in this kind of weather. weather in witch even -50 widshield fluid with teflon added to it still freezez on the windshield, and freezes even the sprayers so they cant spray no more.
My car sound weird from this cold. i had to give it a good beating at like 5rpm for half a minute to get it to sound normal, i guess something was rozen or something.
and oh yeah, is it just me, or do all of you feel a deep deep pain inside of you everytime you hear that wooshing sound of the salt off the ground spaying the side of your car. oh god does it heart me.
