Well I thought everything was going to be ok, but it's not. Remember I told you guys that when I brought my car into Honday to get my Master Clutch Cylinder replaced and when I got home I realized that there was clutch fluid spilled on my grill and my fender, and wore off all the paint. Well I got them to order me a new grill (they received it today at Honda) and seeing as how the damage to the bumper wasn't noticeable anymore, I told them not to worry about fixing it. well I was walking to my car after work today and I noticed the drip mark all the way down my bumper... and where the actually spilled it on my grill. (I was about 30 feet away from my car at the time) it basically looks like a huge white streak in the paint.
Needless to say I was pissed b/c I now had to drive BACK to Ottawa Honda on Richmond Rd. (3rd time this week) They are going to strip and repaint the bumper, and they are going to install the new grill. (next week) so I get a rental for a day. They better do a good job!!!
Seems every time I bring my car into Honda to get fixed, something else ends up breaking.

True, but at least they're owning up to it and not telling you to take a hike.

I agree those people at Ottawa Honda don't really know what's going on -- they're really messed up, and quote really outrageous prices on stuff... or when you send in your car to get it fixed for something major, that you can't do (eg. Timing belt) they mess something else up you don't notice (eg. cracked radiator). This happened to us like 2 years ago -- but then, a few months later, the car got into an accident, and got written off...
Kinda wierd we never said anything, since Mr. Delawri is actually a close-ish family friend who we have known for many years... but yeah... I can say that Ottawa Honda is a tad shady... especially the service department....
