i think its time to classify each of the team members into there approcpriate positions, and we live in a democrtaic region, so we will use the democratic process, first, we will use this thread to choose the available positions, then someone will have to make some polls for each position so people can vote who they think is the most appropriate for the position.

this is what i suggest our government should look like

President
Vice president (in case the presidant is too busy )
Coordinator ( does the planning)
Entertainer
Photographer
Part specialist
Noice maker
Installer
Member
Noob

new members of our team will be noobs untill we all deside to upgrade him/her to a member status. regular member are responsible for bringing coffee fo the team, checking out for cops on the 2 way, and convincing the ladies to flash us. Noobs shall not pass any member of the team or else will have to pay for dinner for all of us. failure to follow these rules will result in "your mom is hot" joke from jim.
