Ok, in light of LilJoe and 2Fast4Me's misfortune I would like to ask the following question:
What would you do if you caught a drunk driver smashing into your Vic?

lol...yeah sorry about that...
If I caught someone doing that I would force feed them every last shred of metal, Polly, plastic, rubber and glass that they knocked off the car...
I have the guy who did it's name and address. If I don't get "satisfaction" legally, I have another course of action.
If I had caught the bastard instead of the cops I would have "detained" him. I have no sympathy at all for stupid drunk drivers who get themselves into trouble. The jerk tried to flee the scene of the accident. I'm just lucky that my neighbours heard it and called the cops.

i would make him swallow hydrolic acid so that he cant taste anything no more, plus i would cut his finger off, and his right foot, so that he cant drive either.
and then drag him to schools and show kids what happens when you drink

dayum you guys are crazy!! I would just sit back and laugh cuz he would hafta pay for all the damage. I mean when it comes down to it everything on a car can be replaced, especially if someone else is paying. Obviously i would be furious....but i dont think i would pour acid down someones throat though...just my opinion i guess!!!
So what would you do if a drunk punk hit your car and then ended up getting off on the DUI. ya thats 1 out of the 100 things we are dealing with right now. We have just been informed that the drunk punk is not being charged.

I'm with Baller on this all the way, but, more than understand venting here of what would be satisfaction to do to him for drunk driving and then destroying someone else's property is absolutely messed. And, what to do since he is not being charged with drunk driving? Do all you can to change that and yes, I know, you will more than likely be limited on what you can do. But, opening your mouth for what is right is always a good thing. And, him not being charged with drunk driving is the system's fault, anything you can do to change the system? Anything at all? My other car was rear ended last week and the driver fled the scene, I was not driving, someone else was driving my car. It was totalled, still drivable, but, the rear is smashed in. Don't get me wrong, this was not my vic, this was my other car that I don't care as much about as my vic. But, I wasn't furious about the damage or the cost to fix the damage if this person somehow weasled out of our legal system and I have to pay for damages. For it is just money and money can always be made more of. BTW, this person will not weasle out of the legal system for I have the luxuary of money (the loved one who was driving my car does) and a wealth of lawyers and judges in the family, not to mention my sheer determination of this person did wrong by damaging my property and fleeing the scene and therefore, will pay the price. I was FURIOUS that my loved one's head hit the wheel (even with seat belt on) and this person fled not knowing if my loved one was dead or in real need of immediate medical attention, that is what got me the most. My sincerest sympathy and understanding goes out to the both of you, really hope all works out! He needs to face justice for drinking and driving and them damaging your guy's vic and I truly hope he does!
