ok, so I didn't have to take off the bumper to change the bulbs! I managed to squeeze my hand inbetween the windshield washer resevoir, the clutch fluid resevoir (or is it PS?), and some random metal bar. I had to squeeze my hand like a gremlin, but it worked
still haven't tested out the bulbs to see if they shine any brighter at night, but I don't think they will.
H.I.D. driving lamps: here I come!
(not fogs....driving)
