Rep Power: 285 /\/\heck yeah, got Grey's upgrade kit in the mail today and just finished installing the shifter no less then an hour ago. Took it out on the road for a short minute or so and HOLY CRAP! It feels like a whole new car!!! Like someone said before, this is the best mod for the 7th gen!!! Shifter is so incredibly stiff, no bouncing or anything, the throw is so short too!!! 1st to 2nd feels smooth as butter now! What are you waiting for!? Get the Revo SS NOW!!!!!!!!

Rep Power: 285 /\/\Oh, and just wanted to add also that it was mad easy to install!!! Took me only an hour by myself with no prior knowlege about shifter's or center console removal. If i had to do it again then i'd say it would only take me 30-35 mins, and that's still with taking my time.

I am seriously thinking about getting this Short Shifter. The only thing I am worried about is the installation. I know nothing about shifters. Will I need to take it to a shop or is it easy enough to do without knowledge of shifters?
