Mine worked perfectly without hammering.
It is VERY easy to install Front upper strut tower bar.
Should take no longer than 15 Minutes.
And no, there is no other version out there.
Buy it, You won't regret it.
hm..
civcvtec1ps, it fits ur car very well, right? based on ur avatar.....it's an SI, right?
I read from some number of members out there...including Gearbox...that it won't fit perfectly to our civic coupe/sedan....
it will fit to one side, but then you have to hammer it with "clothed" hammer to fit the other side....

If we are talking about the rear upper strut bar then you are correct it does not fit the coupe/sedan pefectly. Neuspeed will not be producing a rear upper for the coupe/sedan because they said it does not make any difference with the suspension when they tried the prototype. Hope that info helps.
im talking about the front upper strut bar..
i dunno man, if u guys say that it fits perfectly...then it must be some other guys bad luck...
well...there's nothing bad about hammering....but it feels ghey...why don't they fit perfectly? they (neuspeed) should've already test it, right?
anywho, im getting that thing too though...soon....

I had to hammer mine in to fit. Not that big a deal though. 1 swing and your done.

I had not heard of any fitment problems with these until this thread. It's interesting that some people have problems and others do not. Thank you for the info though, I can pass it along to Neuspeed.
