Rep Power: 0 These prices are good until we sell off what we have left. We have 2 sways and 2 x-braces in stock. This will fit the 2001 EX Civic only. The 2002 and 2003 will have no problem with any of the models.

Rep Power: 0 I apologize for the mistake. These bars only fit the EX in 2001 without any additional parts. 2002 and 2003 will have no problem with EX, LX, DX or Si. Sorry about the mistake!
Thank you HondaLuver for the good catch on that one!

Rep Power: 281 how hard is the install for the cross brace. is it just straight bolt on or do i have to lift some stuff? oh and whats the difference between a cross bar and a sway bar?

Rep Power: 0 The X-Brace is for the front of the car while the rear sway is for the back of the car. The X-Brace is a direct bolt on and you will have no problem changing your oil with this piece on your car. This installation would be easiest using a lift rather than jacking up your car. Also, the rear sway will give your car more of a neutral feel. Both pieces will dramatically improve your suspension while not making the ride any bumpier.

Rep Power: 0 Directly from Neuspeed's site:
Kit includes a massive, 6061 T6 aluminum billet aluminum subframe support plate shown in photo. Don't be fooled by low-priced competitors who do not include a subframe support for their rear bar. The factory rear subframe cannot permanently support a larger rear bar unless you reinforce it significantly.
Hope that answers your question! Neuspeed makes excellent high quality products and always make their parts the right way.

Rep Power: 0 What Neuspeed is saying is that factory subframe does not effectively support the larger sway bar by itself. This is why they have their aluminum subframe with their sway bar. They do their research and I would be worried if the sway bar I purchased did not have this same subframe.

Rep Power: 360 I understand what neuspeed is saying, which i agree with, but im comparing it to the progress because it also comes with a subframe, and like i said earlier the neuspeed just seems overkill compared to the others, that is why i am unsure if it is worth the extra 00 dollors
