Sent Kpro in to get diagnosed. If it comes back untouched (nothing wrong with it) I'll sell for $17k without Konig rims. This is due to a short somewhere causing a daughter board communication error.
If the Kpro gets replaced I will be bumping up the price.
OBX LSD, Clutchmasters stage 4 clutch, and rsx-s flywheel are available also. These were not installed yet.

I've been asked locally to sell the turbo kit but it's not worth it for me to rip everything out. The kit was installed at the same time as the engine swap so a lot of things were made to fit specifically with turbo kit in mind. On top of that I don't have a lot of stock parts like injectors, spark plugs, intake, etc.
I'm just going to live with taking a hit on the price then parting out unfortunately.
Right now my price is $18,500 with the rims. Lsd, clutch and flywheel will need some serious sweet talking to get me to include that with the current price. Stock civics are selling near the same price (excluding Quebec rust buckets).

Bro.. honest suggestion straight from the heart.. part it out. There's no value for modified civics in the market place.
If you have a modified s2k, dc5, m3, g35, it sells so fast. But the market for civics is nil. Stock civics go fast, but not modded.
I tried selling my civic last year, the highest offer I got was 12,000. and I have a k20a type r.
Even the US, k20 swapped em2's are going for 8K-11K with quality parts.
I'd part it out... I'm planning on selling my civic next year again and I'll be parting it out myself.

I'm not asking much over stock civic prices. Right now in Alberta they're maybe only $2000 less stock. I've actually seen some dealer ads charge more for cars stock (Si's with similar mileage). For some reason the SI gets higher pricing then any lower base models.
Either way, come November this thing will be gone. Thanks for the advice.

the problem is although we all know the value of all the mods on top of the actual car value. The mods actually depreciate the car value.
Modded cars actually can only sell if they are ridiculously cheap unless you can find that 17 year old rich kid thats into cars which takes time.
Like kasimmm said k-swapped 7th gens even with turbo cannot sell for more then roughly $12k a sad but true fact.
good luck with the sale though!

I understand. I actually bought a new car and at the bank they said in western Canada cars go for +8% more.
Anyways my car is having issues so I'm going to possibly put everything back to stock and part out the engine and turbo.

they have a few of the mounting brackets busted. the 2 you can see under the hood and one on the driver side under the headlight. give me an offer if your still interested. the headlights still sat fine and never moved with the brackets the way they were.

I understand your having a child, but wow you and everybody else on this forum have invested so much time, money, blood sweat etc. Especially putting in a k20 and turbo that. Only reason why I ask is I'm thinking of putting a k20 in my ride but it seems like it's not worth it for the obvious reason, doesn't increase value, but it's like everybody does the k20 swap and either parts out or sells the car right after. Besides your problems now how was it when you first had the k20 and turbo installed you not enjoy it overall, still not fast enough ? If you had the choice would you keep the ride ?

keep in mind he put the k20a3... he still has more room to go stronger if he wanted to.
to me i would like to spend the time and effort for the parts rather than getting another car. i mean after parts and stuff, getting the k20 into or civics equals the same amount as just buying an rsx-s. values of cars hardly increases so i don't expect it but i think its more of a uniqueness. but im with you jayree... i wanna know if he would keep his ride if he could.

K20A3 is from the Civic Si hatch, or SIR hatch, depending where you live. Base hp is 160 and the tq is somewhere like 149? I can't remember by heart. Anyway you should send private messages to the seller instead of posting too much here.

Well nothing beats a stock turbo car. I need to repair this annoying Kpro issue then I'm selling the car. With a stock turbo'd car you know it'll be easier to get to the bottom of an issue instead of playing this guessing game like I have. What I mean is my family comes first now and being down to one car and chewing money into my budget to fix a problem is not a good idea. On top of that, my area just has little to no shops that are worthwhile going to. Your almost on your own in finding odd ball issues.
I've gotten an Srt-4 for and have been actually quite impressed with it. I should have bought something like this in the first place rather then spend ridiculous money to make the Civic faster. Having Mopar stage upgrades give you a nice reliable power increase. Stage 3 = 350whp and 380wtq in High Octane Mode. Not as unique of a car and looks are all personal preference.
Having 4 doors is actually quite nice compared to 2. Priorities changed and that was my MAIN reason for selling. I think I'll lower the price to $17k once this issue gets fixed.
