how good are the tires and how heavy are the rims

the tires are brand new they look dirty cuz i didnt some cutting with a bandsaw in my garage so some of the saw dust was on them at the time. The rims arent heavy at all.

However I am currently holding them for a guy who has offered $220 to hold them till friday if you want them beat his price if he flops your in line with 4 others and first come first serve.
