Rep Power: 0 01+ civic Lambo doors $200 obo. PICS NOW POSTED
hey yall I have a pair of used Lambo door hinges made by Dayton imports daytonimports.com I used them for about 1 1/2 years I decided to go back to stock so I have these up for sale, I paid around 1400 to get them and did the install myself, these are complete bolt on hinges, with the wire extensions, I have one good shock, the other shock leaked out and I never got around to replacing the shock but you can order another one for like 40 bucks from ebay.com ( http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Verti...73004666QQrdZ1 ) or pretty much any place that sells these door kits. I will post pictures soon, but I mean for 200 CAD + shipping you can't go wrong even if you just feel like experimenting.

well Roll_outz
1st I live in Northern Ontario
2nd I installed it with the help of 2 friends
3rd I dont have time to do that, im working on my own projects.
Its not a hard job to do if you have basic mechanical know how, its just time consuming, the most time consuming part was splicing the wires for all the door controls there are I think 16 wires driver side and 12 wires passenger side. I'm sure you could do it with the help of a couple friends and a case of beer.

Rep Power: 0 hey listen muffin if you dont want mine go buy the other guys whose selling the exact same kit for 850 and then come back and cry about it.
and roll_outz, no I didn't have to roll the fender at all, mind you I drive an 04 civic so there might be a difference between 01 and 04 but I dont think so.

Rep Power: 0 the pic only shows the driver side open because I took that pic half way through the install process, I still had to work on the passenger side.

Rep Power: 0 WHAT??? did I have to remove the fender to install these hinges?!?! no offense, but if you ask a question like that, these are not for you, nor should you attempt anything on your car beyond, opening the gas door, and pumping your own gas.

Rep Power: 0 why can't you buy it yourself, it would be alot cheaper for you to buy it seeing as you live in the united states, and I would have to pay duty and taxes. ( http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Verti...01154715QQrdZ1 ) there is a shock you can buy, just go on ebay.com look up lambo doors and then go to sort by lowest price first.

Hey I live in Hamilton and wondering if you know how far a drive it would be. I am interested but want to know if the one hinge/shock are really in bad shape because are you sure you can just change the shock and it will be good? plus how much is a new shock because if you buy some cheap ebay one you will be changing it every 6 months because it can't hold the door anymore. I will buy them now for 150$ if there still for sale
