from www.meganracing.comi thought that's what camber kits are for? is this rear lower control arm on it's own like in the picture or does it include the hardware to mount it? it just doesn't look right, like it's missing some parts.

I lower control arm won't adjust your camber unless you specifically buy a shorter LAC then your stock one.
Basically all this will do is provide weight reduction and maybe add a little more rigidity/strength then your stock LCA. Also from behind it will look really trick
