Soo hes had it for 2 weeks...but its really older than just 2 weeks right? Btw what does 2nd gen mean? I've always wanted an ipod....but $350 is steep for me....

that is a really high price for a 2nd gen iPod. Even for a 40gig, the 2nd gens wrn't that great and had a lot of revisions to date.

well the guy supposive had a new unopened one, when my friend received it, it was new unopened and wrapped up. i dont know much about ipods, just trying to help my buddy

a new 20GB Ipod is like 300US from best buy in the states

whats the diff between the different gens anyways, isnt it just something like the backlight or something?

no, it's an entirely different unit. the 2nd gens wont work with Windows either. maybe you should learn what you're talking about before you trying talking crap to me... the max that thing would be worth is $175-200 CAD. yes, i know you were talking canadian. but you're still selling overpriced crap no matter what currency it's in.
