There's still more than that!
knuckles
a/c lines
a/c condensor
catalytic convertor
wire harnesses
and yes, $1000 mounts

One big problem is the immobilizer. Even if you have the key from the motor, it won't match your doors or trunk!
The best thing to do is either reprogram the ecu to match the key for $500 or buy the Hondata K-Pro ECU and turn OFF the immobilizer.
I've done my research too!

Most people think that K20A2 has more potential for mods though, especially force inductions. This is because the K20A's compression is crazy high. You should try to get a type-s front clip, it'll be cheaper!
btw i do know that u need the mounts but anyone knows that u gotta get new hasports mounts......if not u shouldnt even be buying the motor so what i dont have any feedback u can come check out the motor its still running ............you will get the whole front clip if u deem it neccasirly the only reason ........hes selling his car is because hes gettin a rhd 04 type r

flag on this one for a couple reasons:1. Its unlikely that he'd part out the front clip rendering the rest of his car unsellabel
2. It's going to be interedting to see an 04 Integra type R considering that it will not pass federal safety inspection.
3. Why wouldn't he drop the cash that its going to take to buy the car, and ship it on something like an RX-8, or better yet, a 350Z??
sorry but its

what you have to do if you're importing a foreign car, is modify it to meet local federal regulations, all within 90 days of its imporation.
he only needs his ownership from his type s ......that is why he can chop the front u guys just should let things be man......and plus rhd is one of the rarest things u can do and my other buddy also has a rhd type r but 97 so dont say it cant be done when it can.........there are always loop holes in the system

a type R engine set up as been done on a 7thgen coupe with 7thgen suspensions.
5200 is a bit too much with 25k on an engine.
for a few hundred more.. you can get an almost brand new type R engine.. so you know. like only 500km's on it. but then again... that's only the engine i believe
but g'luck on the sale.
