To all those who had input.....
i wanted to thank you for your advice and for being so peruasive, i blacked out my head lights on my 2004 civic...and MAN it looks amazing, props to "hurts2bstock" for the helping hand. ill have pics of my car comming soon..

it invovles taking off the bumper heating and taking the lights apart and then masking and priming/painting................. then put it all back
