Never Go To Kaltek
I had taken my car to kaltek on main and22nd to get two wheel studs replaced and the stupid aprentice uses a scissor jack and then releases my e-brake n the car falls to the ground because the jack slipped. At this time he had already removed my rear driver side tire. My body kit hit theh aprentic's foot and there were spider vein cracks all along the side skirt.... then the owner jacks the car up from the rear jacking piont and crunches my front lip on the block of wood they put in the front of the car.... if my kit was fibreglass it would have broken into pieces... well i start to complain and tell them to pay for the costs for painting it again and they totally deny it and everything i almost got mad enuff to deck the owner and the apprentice. LIKE HOW STUPID CAN THEY BE?? THEY DONT EVEN KNOW HOW TO JACK A CAR UP!!.... ... what should i do??

If things are not going to the way you want them to. First threaten BBB and laywers if that does not work. Tell them you are going to place adds in newspapers tell everyone you know. ETC...
DO NOT GET IN ANYONE'S FACE! This never helps, trust me I manager to retail stores. It makes the store owner/manager not want to anything for you.
Hope this helps, I can assure that I won't go to this place, EVER!
If all else fails we can always burn the store to the ground.

Rep Power: 0 To a lesser extent I had an Esso station screw up putting snow rubber on rims and breaking a tire.
Don't blow up at them, its okay to be angry tho. Talk to the manager directly, dont make it look like you're going to give up anytime soon.... even if you have to visit many times.
