Tails

For those of you who don't already know, here is what my tails look like, should I go ahead and paint the headlights or leave them as is.

Sorry Cal,

I thought you meant next week! I had my father's 50th Birthday, so I spent the day getting pissy with the old man.

Good Times.

Maybe I'll come next time.

hey randy, if you want just take a look at mine or cals first, coz both of ours are painted all the way. i did mine like the one on your pic before, but it's not really that clean of a paint if you look really close so i redid it and just repainted the whole thing. and do not use glossy paint, use matte finish.

James,

Thanks for the tips. Exactly what paint brand and type did you use, or recommend using. I am planning on doing this very soon!

Cheers
Randy

you can use either a motomaster or krylon paint. i just got them from canadian tire. but i'd recommend the motomaster one since it's automotive paint. as i said, i recommend using the flat finish, not glossy. and i sanded and primered mine, just to make sure the paint sticks. but calvin's wasn't primered and sanded but it's still looks good, so i guess it's upto you whether you wanna go paint it strait or do what i did. good luck on the diy.
