Insurance..costs
What do you guys pay for insurance? I recently moved from the Spruce Grove to the City (Edmonton) and insurance on my 2004 Acura EL went from $75 a month to $116 a month. My insurance is with AMA but am curious to what others pay. (I am 25).

Rep Power: 283 your 25 and it went up? that fvcked. i am 29 and i pay 76 a month. it went down when i turned 25. I would shop around. that is unless your record is filled with demerits??

I'm 18, so of course its going to be high, but I pay around $1,100 USD every 6 months. So thats about $184 a month. (That includes collision and everything too.) But I also have 2 accidents, no good student discount, and about 2-3 tickets that the insurance has on their files for the next 3 years... so hopefully I last 3 years until I'm 21 with no tickets or accidents.
