Rep Power: 0 Whew, I finally made it to 1000 posts. And, I'm proud to say, I did it without being a post *****. (I save my whoring for other aspects of life)
So thanks to everyone, and if just one of my posts was able to help someone, then it was all worth it ...
Anyways, as it stands now I'm pretty much set on myself and a friend of mine going to see the Edmonton/Vancouver game on the 12th - so if we meet up on the 13th in Calgary I think that'd work best. I'll have my summer tires on by then (even though it will snow again through the end of May) and my car should be all good to go.
I guess what I'm saying is we can still meet up that weekend, and still have another one later on in like May if people wanted. I just want to get out of town/State/Country for Spring Break so unless the heavens open up and release an unGodly amount of snow, I'll be up that way that weekend ...
Oh, and if anyone knows a good body shop up there, I have a few things I need to have looked at - some drunken high school kid banged up my door a couple weeks ago

Rep Power: 259 So what's the situation on the V8less night thingy on may 15? Are we still all going down for that? Or has it been scrapped? I am willing to go to C-Town in late March early April as well. Anything sooner will not work for me.

Rep Power: 0 Good lord man, I'm driving like 8 hours, and you're too lazy to leave your own town ...
J/k - I think Calgary sounds like the most popular choice right now, so where in Calgary is a good place to meet?

Rep Power: 0 I'd definitely be there, I think whatever the finally plan is, should be a good time, meet some new peeps, talk civics. I can make it in March but, my car won't. I only drive my car April through Oct, its parked right now in my garage (its cage). April 1, is the day it has insurance, but with the Edmonton weather lookin' pretty good, if the roads really start to clear up within' 10 days, then I guess I could get insurance for March 1. I'll check back on the plans.

Rep Power: 0 Ok, let's get some votes - fill in the blanks ...
"We are going to meet in _______________ (Edmont/Calgary) at __________ (Pick a time) at the local _______________ (Starbuck's/McDonald's/Hooters/Tim Horton's/Other) and then we're gonna let the good times roll ...
I was going to do a poll, but I couldn't figure out how and so I gave up - this seems a whole lot easier anyways. So cast your vote and we'll get this thing set up.

Rep Power: 0 Well why don'twe have a meet at BP's in Calgary (no idea what the hell that is, but ok - wait isn't thata gas station?) on Saturday, and then meet at Starbuck's in Edmonton on Sunday. Or, we could also switch & do Edmonton on Saturday & Calgary on Sunday ...
Anyone who wants to go to both can easily do that. I have no problem doing both, my car is a year round daily driver.

Rep Power: 0 Blue Flame's got a good idea - fun for all (in two cities)
Both cities for those who can - or just one citiy for those who can't.
I'm in (for Edmonton, at least).
