anyone seen the red coupe with the type r spoiler, well i think it's called a type r spoiler, but it's exactly like a type S one... with chrome rims, umm, kinda like the ones the neons come with... it's actually pretty nice, that's the one that i said a hot chick drives, it's parked up on fort road, umm, at some mechanic shop... should i go ask her to join us? haha.

I talked to the people @ Joey's and here's the scoop:

They don't take reservations (!), but I do know the people there, and they are setting aside a huge table for us anyways (whew!). Seating is for about 12-13, but more people is not a problem. I will be there a bit earlier to make sure that all goes as planned.

So, (long story short), 7 @ Joey Tomato's Downtown.

I'll bring my digital camera if anyone needs pictures.

Also, I won't be able to recognize everyone in 7th Gen, so at the restaurant I'll be looking for familiar faces (ie. Jae, Steve & Bang).

they didn't pull us over, but i'm sure they thought about it, we're better safe then sorry... haha, i went home, then i had to go back to whyte ave to go to bubble tea with someone, then i seen phil, chatted for a bit, told me u guy's went to starbucks or something, guess i shoulda went instead then met up with that gurl at bbt.. but it was a good meet, i had a good time.. too bad more of us didn't show. too bad we didn't get full pictures of all of us parked, next time we'll hit the legislature or something.. next time we have a meet, that hot azn chick driving the red civic is going to be with me, haha.

yeloguy....my experience is that one of us would have been pegged with a ticket.....

Picture it.....5 cars that drive by on Whyte and roughly 3/5 cars running larger exhaust tips.....Didn't you see that Paddy Wagon stop just to see what we were up to?.....To me I'd better be safe that sorry....esp. with my car.....my business on the other hand is different........Keith got slapped with a ticket and he wasn't even going fast or loud.....

One of us would have been an example....on my way home on Calgary Trail....there was a cop car by the Standard and he followed me all the way past the old Ikea before he pulled into the Red Lobster parking lot...

Yeah, I did get nailed with an exhaust ticket! Stupid thing was I was pulling into my apartment parking lot when he pulled me over. Nice, eh? I have a clean driving record, I wasn't speeding, I wasn't loud, I wasn't an a$$hole to the cop but I still got the ticket. Remember guys/gals it's the way the cops are keeping a tab on the imports. Anyone is fair game to them!
