Hey guys I'm going to buy a skunk2 universal muffler and i need some custom piping done. Any ideas where i can get custom piping around here?? Would any of you guys recommend some shops...any ideas how much this will cost me? And those that did have custom piping..what's your feedback?? Anotehr thing..any of you guys have axel back mufflers? I'm also lookign into that if custom piping is too expensive or not worth it..Thanks guys..

Welcome to the site! Custom pipe work: There's a muffler shop called Mad Hatter's that does custom pipe work, but I'm not sure if its mandrel bent piping or crush bent. LJ can tell you more about them and their work, he had a custom exhaust from them.

As for axel back exhaust: I have the HKS Hiper rear section. It looks good, better price vs cat-back. From what I hear the gains are good, and I didn't loose anything on the low end (torque). The only possible down side, I can think of.... its kinda quiet. But that works for me, because I didn't buy it for sound, I bought it for performance.

I bought it from Tornactive for about that price. You can check it out this weekend if you meet up with the rest of us on Sunday.... check the other thread if you don' t know what I am talking about.
