Good ole BASZ RACING
where to begin, just got off the phone with the guy building my new engine.
basz used some **** *** hastings bearings on the bottom end. JUNK.
tapped an AN fitting into the map sensor hole on the manifold and jerry riged a prelude missing link in it.
reused stock rod bolts and wrist pin. no locking rings. had about an inch of play from side to side where rods and pistons were just sloshing all over the place.
so as of right now the car runs. no knocking noises. catch can still has to be installed. a coolant hose needs reattached. clutch needs to be bled. fluids topped off. and after all that is done,
DEZODs emanage map is going to be the base map for my car. and the car will begin its break in this week.

haha my friend just bought the old yellow BASZ integra. Few days driving it, snapped the timing belt which ended up bending a few valves. I'm guessing this is just the beginning of problems for him in the future with that car.

I've heard both good and bad things from basz. I've heard that he built a motor one time, just beat the **** out of it, and took it back apart to find out why it didn't blow up?

Rep Power: 336 any body heard nething bad about tpr or raceline? they seem like pretty on the level shops. also does anyone know shane from basz? ive met him a few times seems like a pretty good guy and the work he does seems good.

I have never had a problem with TPR, they have great deals/prices and of what I have seen they do good work. Raceline also does very good work. Zerolift isnt bad tuning wise, but thats all because of Dave
