it was deliberate. pansy steelers. we arent good enough so we have to take the quarterback out in order to win. not to mention we still scored with a back up. aint bettis retiring or soemthing. um yeaaaaa steelers straight to the steel mill to be melted down. and the better part.......scalpers were told not to sell to steelers fans and for the most part they didnt.
15 years of nothing and in one season we make the playoffs. says a hell of alot more than anything the steelers did this season

You don't actually think Palmer going out had much to do with the Bengals loss do you? The Steelers scored 37 points....... you can't expect a QB to lead a team to 40 point scoring games every time can you?
And about Bettis.... he will probably retire but it shouldn't cause many problems at all cuz the Steelers offense of built around running. You put any average RB in there and he will do exceptionally well because the Steelers have a great running system. Look at the Broncos for example.... do they ever have a running back who does not do well? Nope, they have a great running system so you put an average RB in there and he will do well.

when coaches say its unfortunate, and players say it was just the game. that means they meant to do it, and they thought it was intentional
look at the bright side....... if the bengals won they would have to play the Colts next week which would be a rape. yea, the steelers won this game but i'm pretty sure they dont stand much of a chance against the Colts unless the Colts choke or fluke out.
