I'm not out to race the world though, just tring to shut a few mouths up... (local guy that think there stang GT's are faster than my civic, and I've seen a 55 shot in our cars beat GT's before)

If I don't beat them, at least I'll be close to them.

200hp and 2500lbs is nice... but FWD is not gonna be your friend for dragging with that power.

the GTO is a pretty quick car. 350hp RWD, uses the LS1 engine, and should be in high 13's stock with decent driver, low 14's without. it has a 6 speed too. i'd take it to win, sorry but not in a beauty pagent

Actually my budy only runs 15.1 with the GTO. Don't forget it it almost 4000 lb hulk of mass it has to hual with its lack of a decent power band, not that our massive firebreathing D17 have much to brag about.
