yup, I was there asap too. I got home and while installing I chipped the top piece of the right trunk tail light. i was so pissed! But it doesn't bother me anymore.

When you order them, the formal name for these lights is "03-05 Honda Civic red/clear Thai style taillights". People also refer them as JDM style or JDM replicas as you know they look just the same except the reflectors compare to the OEM. I personally prefer red/clear because they appear as red and clear.

I dont see why not... i always thought that the differences where just in the front ends between 01-03 vs 04-05. to my knowledge they should work...
