Hey guys, so my car has been and is currently riding on cut springs. I'm sure my shocks and springs aren't doing too well lol. I'm an extreme newbie at cars so I'm looking for any advice or parts. I went to get my car serviced and they said it would cost me $300 for shocks/struts (KYB Brand), but they also said it would be useless because I'm running on cut springs and that it will only damage or blow out the struts/shocks again. I'm trying to save as much money as possible without a care of how my car looks. I could care less about it being dropped anymore.

I want to buy either lowering or stock springs, whatever is cheapest or is available on this forum. Or if anyone has used coilovers I can buy to just replace the whole damn set. In a perfect world, I would love to buy the combo (springs,struts,and shocks) in a set of 4 and just bring it to the mechanic and get over this headache lol.

Let me know what you guys have or recommend. I'm located in Los Angeles, CA.
