Want OEM Valve Cover

I know this may sound like a strange request, but I would like to purchase an OEM D17A2 valve cover.

In case you were wondering, the reason is because I am interested in painting one for the girl . It's a surprise gift, but I can't really have her driving around without a valve cover. Plus, her car is under lease, so until she declares that she is taking the option to buy, she must keep all of the original OEM stuff to throw back on in case she trades it in.

PM me or IM/email cjr2003firefly@aol.com. I'm sure we can work out a good price.

you mean the cover for the coil packs? Just buy one if you can't...I don't imagine they're that expensive are they?

you see this is the problem

NO ONE STOCKS THE ****ING THING!

Sorry, not venting on you just pissed in general that they are impossible to find. Everyone has the cylinder head cover (what we call the "head") but no one has the plastic piece of **** I want with the DOHC VTEC written on it.

Gonna check some junkyards local soon...

I'm desperate someone help me I will pay good money I want to surprise the girl

PS...I know there are aftermarket powdercoated aluminum ones out there...don't want that, want the OEM one only...plus they are like $200...**** that!

Talking Finally!

I found it! YAY! Yes, the part was at that site, I searched the internet far and wide before posting here, including that site.

I would like to give a big shout out to DEREK-CEO who hooked me up. It was that site but like the dumbass I am I just brushed over it. It was in a small section of the engine wiring harness.

I am also using his writeup on painting the thing too. Originally I was going to do it all red but I think I'll try the idea of doing the depressed parts a different color (black). I know he didn't write it but he posted it so props to him again.

Derek you just made my fiancee a very happy girl, and in a way I would approve of lol.
