is it deep? ... sound ricey at all? loud?

it's slightly angled it's a 4.5" tip, inside the car sounds really deep, doesnt sound ricey to me at all, a friend of mine said it sounds ricey when he drives behind me, but when its idle and im outside it doesnt sound ricey to me, or while im driving. its loud, but not the loudest, while you're driving it doesnt drown out music or anything, i've been on the interstate for a few miles not on a trip or anything and its not extremly loud, its loud when you are accellerating, but not too loud while ur maintaining speed..

oh, a few other things, the first 2 pics are my old setup, and also the piping fits snug on the bottom of the car, might be about 1" lower than stock, but other than that it fits perfectly! (I tried to show that it doesnt hang low at all in the pics, easier to tell in person of course but the pics give you some idea)
