I got the 04 tail lights and installed them myself.. only problem you are going to have is the wiring. You are going to have to buy a new harness for your civic in order for it to suit the 04 tail lights (I tried so hard to re-wire and do all this crap, but no luck). The tail lights are bad ***.... very fine choice. And for now, the only place you will find them is at the original honda dealer. If you are willing to wait..... then wait it out.. and they should show up on e-bay sometime in early 04. Who needs altezzas when you got nice *** 04 stock taillights?!

I should be gettign mine for free! The local tuner shop hooks cars up for a local dealer and the dealer almost always calls for carbon fiber tails so when they swap the tails they will get my stock ones off of my 2001 and I will get the new ones. They have to include stock tails for the customer buying it. Freaking sweet!

The turn signal issue is a bitch. You can't buy just the plug, Honda will only sell the entire harness. Even employee cost is $50.

I knowwwwwww. I had to buy the entire freaking harness for 50 bucks! Now the issue is how the hell to install that. If anyone has a clue, maybe you could help me out..and instruct me so i can do this on my own
