Car goes in on Monday!
I'm dropping the car off on Monday for installation and tuning and ****. They have to make me the downpipe, IC piping, and dumptube... but other than that, I'm good to go. Link to the shop that's doing it. They do some good work. Check out their EVO and other cars... nice. Anyway, I'm sporting the SF manifold, and for those of you who haven't seen it in person... it's very nice. Other than that, the list of parts are in my profile. Wish me luck, I'll post the dyno sheets when they are done for 5psi and 8psi.

Thanks. I'll fill people in with any problems if we run into them (fuel, ignition, etc) just for a heads up for those still doing custom setups. I'm thinking of porting the head too, so I'll let you guys know how that goes too (it's the least of my worries right now though.)

Would you mind listing prices as to what the total system costed you? I am also planning on doing the Greddy E-01 and E-manage so this works out pretty well. Either way, type what you can< I'm interested.

Ok, for real now... the car is finally in the shop getting stripped. I decided against powdercoating the pipes, because they showed me what they were using and it looked good. We were deciding on fuel system ideas: which is still in progress sorta:
Fuel System #1
GReddy E-manage
(2) 460cc injectors in a custom rail
Possibly a 255 fuel pump.. I don't know
Fuel System #2 (return)
GReddy E-manage
"Black Box"
Return line
4 upgraded injectors in modded fuel rail
FPR
Fuel Pump
Making the system a return isn't really as expensive as everyone says... but since not too many cars (in general) have undergone it, and a few I know of that haven't responded well to that kind of thing... I decided against it until there is something out there that is 100% efficient. So I chose fuel system 1.
Other than that... no problems yet, but they haven't really dug in. Hope all goes smooth.

I hear you on that! At least they arent developing all of the parts. When mine got done he had to do the fuel system, design the header, intercooler, intercooler piping, and downpipe.

Yeah.. They still have to make the IC piping, downpipe, and dumptube. They also have to make the brackets to mount the intercooler, and whatever for the injectors (mini-rail). But all the time goes for the intercooler ****. They told me they would have two people working on that together. I guess they don't use a generic pipe kit. They do the cutting and bending.
This is what thier piping looks like... that's why I'm not powdercoating. It looks good.

Nice. Pics of the setup after finished? Good luck on the wait. I want to turbo my car, unfortantually I go to school and what little time I have left, I work. Hopefully latter on, turbo kit prices will come down a little and then I can get one. Peace.
