super charger vs turbo

Ok, I'm new to the whole FI thing. I know a little bit but not too much.

Turbo's vs Super charger...which is better power wise?
can you guys help me list pros and cons of them?
take into account safety, convenience, power increase (HP and Torque), gas usage, mileage, installation time, upgradability, maintainence, etc.

homie..... there isn't a supercharger out for our cars yet... i don't even think they're gonna make one.... i think this question has been ask a lot.... please search next time......
