New turbocharger or rebuild?

I'm looking for a Turbonetics T3/T04B Standard series. The best price I've found was from Cybernation for $824 brand spankin' new. Is a rebuilt one going to be a better choice. I've heard that rebuilds are sometimes better than the original. I found one for $530. Any opinions on rebuilts? Anybody know any good sites that deal turbos for good prices (new or rebuilt)?

It all depends. How many miles were on it, what was wrong with it. If its from a company, than I would trust it. See if it comes with a warranty. And look around for a used turbo that needs to be rebuilt. that way you can get it really cheap and a rebuilt kit isn't that much.
