i have a 2005 civic with a custom turbo kit.
turbonetics turbo non bb w external waste gate
aem fic
intercooler
walbro fuel pump
injectors
2.5 inch exhaust with no cat and apexi muffler
competion clutch stage 4 6 puck sprung clutch
11 pound competion clutch flywheel
short shifter
18 inch rims with low pros
aem boost and a/f gauges
but i dynoed at 181 whp and 167 wtq at 9 psi. is that enough power or should i be making more. not sure if my tuner is getting every drop of power out. for all the money i put into forced induction i expected at least 220hp with my stock internals. plz i need some advice. yeah im new here but not to cars so if u have neg responses dont even reply.

Re: hp
220Hp on stock internals? i dont know man, i think that poor motor would explode under that pressure. Besides, youd need a steel HG & ARP studs in the least with those numbers. Prob wouldnt hurt to get them even with what you have now.
Re: hp
so what you saying is my numbers are good with that setup. what should expect to run in the 1\8 mile

Re: hp
You're fine you can expect those numbers. What injectors are you running? If you want more than 200whp you'll need something bigger than rsx injectors. Also what size turbo do you have T3 Super 60? T3/4?
Re: hp
Re: hp
220cc or so injectors should be fine for your 180hp set up, as long as they arent at 100% duty cycle. also noticed the 11lb clutch which will drop some torque #'s off the chart. if your into racing the car then shed off weight like body kits, spoilers, seats, headliner, carpet and even chisle off the tar crap off the floorboards. This all sheds increments off your timeslips some by .03 sec for a few items off the car.
Re: hp
thanks, and that is rated for a 400hp setup. Id be looking to see if the Walbro isnt working harder then it should. I know they are awesome pumps but there are so many variants for a variety of different applications.
Re: hp
dam 400hp. i guess my tuner made a good selection for my setup like he said he would. thanx for the info bro. was thinking bout bying the p and p head from dezod. what gains can i expect from that with my setup???
Re: hp
a good ported&polished head will definetly help that turbo out in a positive way. But just a question....Why would he opt for such a high HP injector on stock internals with a T/C kit?
id be worried about 2 things on your engine:
1. Internals
2. REAL good tune!!!!!!! <<<<MUST!!

Re: hp
hes a tough guy behind his computer. face to face he wouldnt have nothing to say to me. he would jus look down at the ground like a good like girl. if this topic sux then dont post like fg coupe said. move ur *** on.
Re: hp
Yeah, you're right, I'd be so scared of you. Since your tuner does all your thinking for you, why don't you go back to him with your stupid noobish double posts and questions.
Re: hp
this topic sux huh?? y u still posting here. a wise man once told me to never argue with fools. so this gonna be ur last response. and im sure u never had any question bout f\i when u first started. get off my d@@k and off my thread ho. turbo guru flammer. as i hit candyman over the head with a torque wrench.
