Boomslang Plug-n-Play
Boomslang Plug-n-Play
ok, so I have heard the talk about Greddy E-manage Blue sucking @ tuning our vtec on the d17. I read most people just splice the vtec wire back into the stock ecu input for vtec. I also read the dezod plug-n-play kit already has this feature built in. I have the boomslang plug-n-play, do I have the same luck?

As far as I can tell, harnesses are one and the same, and the Dezod harness doesnt bypass the VTEC input, or at least mine didnt....
Re: Boomslang Plug-n-Play
huh, maybe these people didn't know what they were talking about. Vtec is grey wire correct? I will want to cut that out of the harness for emanage, correct? E-manage sucks with vtec on the d17, correct?

Re: Boomslang Plug-n-Play
Is it worth it to try and wire in the A'PEXi VTEC thing along with the E-Manage? I mean... I don't even really consider the D17 as being VTEC anyway... LOL
