Bigger T25 wastegate ??
Ive bene haveing problems with my wastegate/vaccume on my Garrett T25 BB, it is the standard internal wastegate. Ive narrowed it down to this. I want to change it out for a bigger one or I guess ones that dosen't open until higer boost and better for a boost controller. And I don't want to spend the $100's it would cost to convert it to an external. Ive searched but could not find one. Any help?

if your turbo doesnt make any more than 5psi, despite your boost controller being set higher...you need a new boost controller.

I'm just going to run 10-12psi. the t25bb does that just fine.

What is VAC on a warm idle? What is your vac on a cold idle? What is it on decel? Are you sure your gauge is reading it right? Any idle issues? Sputter or sporadic idle?

the idel is pretty good. every once in a while the idel will sputter a little after revving a little higher because im running rich, and have to get that tunned out. but It always goes right back to a stock 700ish range. in like 1 second. and yes the guage is reading right. andi have no vaccum leaks that i know of. I checked teh main vaccum booster, all the vaccum lines, the guagae line, and no leaks.

You don't need a new WG, you need a new MBC. Pick up any decient brand one like a Hallman, turbosmart, TurboXS, etc.... and you should be good to go.
Hopefully the DSM WG arm fits the turbo, some of these WG actuators are fairly car/turbo specific.
If you still end up not getting it to work, then pick up the optional GT28RS 7 psi actuator from ATP turbo and their universal WG bracket. The bracket bolts into the clocking bolts on the compressor housing (use longer bolts) and you can position the actuator wherever you need it. This is what I wound up using, it works quite well.
...and obviously, retune the car after you bump the boost.

i have a hallman currently but it is older and used so i bought a new hallman. and the wastegate only cost $10 so no biggy if it don't work. But they did run a t25 on the DSM cars so it should work.

You need the mount to line up with the WG flapper or the arm won't fit.
