Well our Version 3 turbo manifold is done and ready to roll for the most part.
This manifold will be the manifold in all our of D17 turbo systems from now on. The design and technology behind the collector has been proven for up to 500whp on several applications.
*************************************
Our Version 2 Equal Length Manifold has been discontinued. Sorry fellas!
*************************************
Our Version 3 Equal Length Manifold has been discontinued too. The labor costs, materials and all makes us ask a high dollar price tag for these manifolds, and they will not sell at that price. So, it has been discontinued. This one pictured is a 1-off custom unit now, and has a good home on a real nice D17 in the making.
*************************************
Our Version 3 Downpipe assembly for the turbo system is complete. It is equipped with 3 O2 bungs. 2 for the sensors, 1 additional for a wideband O2 sensor.
It is all polished stainless steel and has much smoother bends for better exhaust flow than the previous versions. Also this will help DX/LX guys convert to EX exhausts easily.
*************************************
Our V3 charge piping and intercooler are nearly complete as well. These hopefully we can have tackled VERY soon. I will post pics soon as we have some.
Polished stainless charge pipes, and a bar and plate intercooler.
Sneak peak of the new charge pipes 90% done.
*************************************
Our CNC throttle bodies.........Scott is still behind on..............
Same with the fuel rail and intake manifold..................................
*************************************
FYI we are WD for
We also now have a REAL nice turbo in stock custom spec'd for the D17 using Turbonetics Technology.
That's it guys! Enjoy!!!!!

Rep Power: 323 That sucks about the Intake manifold and the TB. When Majin decides to sell his ported D16y8 manifold I'll be picking that up. Did you have any estimated time frames on the TB and when it'll be retail ready?

Our old intercooler piping alone was $500, and now we have even better piping ready for individual sale at $399.
If you want to include our new bar and plate intercooler once it's done, you can get charge pipes and an intercooler for$$750! Schweet.
Pics to come later.

Rep Power: 273 yep, it seems that with stuff like the crazy exhaust manifolds and intake manifolds and such, there is so much hand work that if you cant make and sell them in descent numbers the production costs are rediculous. It ends up being such a pain in the butt to keep doing setups here and there that you wind up going backwards even while charging rediculous prices. I deal with that every day at my job so I can completely understand the situation, Dezod. Hence the reason I wont make any intake manifolds for less than like a bazillion dollars hehe. It screws up production in my shop and in my friends machine shop which are both backlogged for 4+ months on a regular basis.

Rep Power: 228 Ye I agree with that. But with all the changes and upgrades that Dezod has done for our D17 engine, the price is really not that bad for what you get. And they are flat out honest with thier products. Paul always infroms me about the updates on the V3 kit, not many companies do that.
