I can help on the stalling issue, I had it as well.
Mine was happenning, when I was off throttle and when RPMs slow down to idle, engine stalled...
I may be wrong, but I've figured out as TB butterfly closses too fast and engine doesnt get enough air to burn, so it stalls...I've adjusted idle screw, so butterfly stays a bit open when throttle 100% off. Now engine has enough air to burn, so I've never had this issue again...
If follow what I said, then you'll see you idle a higher, may be at 900 rpms, but then stock ecu will put it towards 700 zone after few miles...
If you use emanafe MAP sensor clamp, no missing link needed. You either use one or another, but work well.
When I've not had emange clamp or missing link (I used something else that did not work), my car whould alway throw CEL and wouldnt revv past 4000...I'm was than certain it was MAP problem. Then Dezod sent me missing link and it made wonders. Trust me, it was day-night difference. You cant belive how happy I was when I learned that this was finaly over. Car felt just fabulous.

MAP sensor probably is the issue.
I recomend missing link (ML) over emange clamp, just becuase with missing link there is noting to adjust and connect. Also install looks cleaner under the hood.
Contact dezod, so he could send you ML.
