After my long wait of 8 weeks, I finally got my car back. I have a 03 d17a2 with a tsi turbo kit. I just upgraded to a custom return fuel line system with a walbro 255lb pump, aeromotive fuel pressure regulator with guage, custom converted 96 intake mainfold with aem fuel rail and rc 550cc injectors..oh yeah and my AEM EMS. My car was in the shop so long because they custom welded my pipeing for the intercooler it just took them forever to put everything in. Not to mention that my 1st AEM EMS's mother board fried and AEM had to send me a new one and they were out of stock for 2 weeks......
. I am happy though. I will be posting some pics including dyno sheets in a couple of days.

I had to bend back the firewall to get the intake mainfold in. I think it is AEM's fault. The first AEM came from a distributor of AEM products, the 2nd from AEM directly. I am trying to put these pics that I have right now up but for some reason they aren't working.
I have the 1030. I've got it tuned and dynoed, but the only problem I have is that it idles at 2200rpm. Pedro after you screw of the freaking glove box and move all the wiring and plugs from the ecu it really is plug and play. After I get out of these boring classes I will take more pics of the engine bay and the dyno chart and post.

Yeah thats what I thought, the 1030 is the newer one that comes with the harness. Is this the one your running Michalo187 and did you have any issues installing it or tuning it. Thanks.
Yeah i am running that one and the only issue i had was a tuner mistake but we fixed it and i must say the Aem Ems has to be the best mod you can get with boost. It makes the car feel 10000000 times better, It feels like the car was made boosted because now my computer actually does understand boost. Its great worth the money anyday
Using Kms Intake manifold. The tuner of mine installed it for free so it can't be that hard. I am a good customer also so that helps but yeah i am not sure how hard it is but it sure makes a difference.
