Rep Power: 396 Items are built for their purpose. I guarentee you that if you put a JRSC on and then pair it with the JR Header and the Spoon 4-2-1 or the ITR, the JR will outperform. If you'r going N/A, knock yourself out and buy the Toda or Spoon or whatever floats your boat. If you going to superhcrage it, I would pair the supercharger with the race header made by the same company. Now that it's been layed out in laymens terms for you, don't talk about it anymore.
I would disagree with that.. I love spoon and toda.. but toda is a custom header. Spoon isn't. I went with the toda race header, but if I make more HP with the jackson when the SC is installed I will keep the JR Race Header and sell the Toda.

Have you ever used any Megan Racing products? Im just curious because it doesnt sound like you have. Megan Racing products are not bad at all. I previously had a megan downpipe and cat back and both were VERY good for the price and both fit pretty well with no problems and had a damn good sound too...just because its cheaper doesnt necessarily mean its crap...you should listen to other peoples feedback more instead of being hard headed.

My point was it seems those who are saying negative stuff about megan racing products havent even used them to know if they're bad

Your not gonna hear anyone ever say, "Megan makes better parts the Toda, JR, SSR." Because its the truth, Megan just doesn't make as nice of parts. Yea it may sound great but thats all. if all your going by is sound then go ahead and buy w/e. When it comes to quality and the best products made, Megan just doesn't fall in that category.

Say what you want about megan but unless you've actually used their **** I dont know how you can possibly say that their exhaust is not any good except for sound and thats all...granted their headers may not be as good as a toda header, but the rest of their exhaust pieces are definitely a good bang for the price and having said that, I'm talking about their performance too, not just sound...

okay just to clear it up about what i said about megan being crap, it's not my fault i'm speakin the truth when i'm comparing it to all the other "high quality" performance companies out there. i have a friend who knows many people in the automotive import/european industry and scene, and none of them use megan parts. why? i dont know, maybe they're just not as good as the other companies. okay so he SELLS parts and stuff right, and even HE said megan isn't good.

Spoon does not make a better header and is definitely not cheaper.
JHPUSA has the spoon 4-2 and 2-1 pieces for $580 and $850 ... which comes out to $1430 without tax and shipping.
Show me where you have heard that the Spoon header makes more power than the Toda header.

CAI would net you about 5-7 whp more than the AEM V2 sri.

YES the jackson race header sucks ... worst to best = Jackson < Comptech < DCRH < Toda < SSR ... Megan header/test pipe fits somewhere either before or after Jackson.
at least that's how it is for n/a applications.
