Which Motor??

Once my motor starts acting up Im gunna be getting some kind of K motor. And there is more then one K motor. I herd that one is better then the other for some stuff.. Like K20a2 is good for super charing it and the K20a3 is good for turbo. I just wanted to see that the truth. Cuz if I get one is eather gunna be turbo or n/a. Thxx

K20a3 would be more ideal for any forced induction cause of its lower compression.

Now what about if you were to get low compression pistions on a K20 is the block and stuff better then the others?

do a K24a4 with a A2 head, heard very good number from these engine, and the engines go for cheap. A K24A2 with a supercharger is putting down 275 hp to the wheels.

I wanna put down 270 whp!!! That's why I'm keeping this car until it's paid for and no more warranty, then I'll get something else as a daily driver, and do a K-series swap for my es2.

i saw clip of a 05 type-s putting out 284whp on dyno with a comptech super.

yea the motor has endless possibilities, hell with just simple bolt on they are pushin 220 with the K24.Guy on ephatch.com is trying for 600 with turbo. I know a buddy who can get the engine for $1300 with only 5 miles on the engine.
