i know i know im sorry

i know its been covered and i have been reading threads all day long and im confused as ever right now on fuel systems.
if i convert to a return fuel system with an aeromotive fpr and walbro pump would i still need e manage or would i be better of going with rsx injectors and emanage.
or should i do both return system and rsx injectors with e manage

If you convert to a return and raise your fuel pressure, you will need some type of fuel management. If you have the money, return with type s injectors and e-manage is a very sweet set-up. If you are strapped for cash, just do type s injectors and e-manage.

I wouldnt say it is uneccasary, really depends on how much power you plan to make...at some point, the factory fuel system is going to need to be upgraded...

andy, you are making that power on what? type-s injectors, fuel pump and the aem ems....right? To tell you the truth the research that i have done about return and returnless fuel setups, i personally dont think that a returnless setup is needed because of the power limitations of a stock block d17....

so no, you dont really need to convert to a returnless setup if you are staying mild...but remember that whatever fuel upgrades you make, you will have to have something to control that...

Not true. I've seen a returnless k20a2 make 512 whp on a completely stock motor with no return line. Been running for months. I will make 300 or more on a stock motor without a return line or adjustable fpr.

And I'm using 440's. Yes, you'll need bigger injectors, obviously but an adjustable fuel pressure regulator is unnecesary.

I am officially trowing the bull s@#t flag. You cannot run that much horses on a stock block and head. Physics wont allow it. Maybe 215.

You are a moron, noob. I think you need to shut your mouth and learn a little bit about engines before you start throwing up a "bs" flag. In fact, there are people on this forum that have personally seen my setup and know it isn't bs. I've been around this site since near the beginning. You also should probably do some research on physics. Until you can post intelligently, you should probably STFU.

Listen here, I am a master tech at a high performance shop and I know for a fact that it is impossible. The strain on the stock valves alone will cause them to snap not to mention the piston rings that cannot hold more than 300 without losing all of their seal. So watch yourself because some people can see right through your lies and your attempts to "fit in". As for how long you have been on this site, who cares, this is a forum, not a place to imatate what we wish we had. I am completely honest when I say that my DXVP is putting down 157hp and 165lb/ft with only boltons and my EG hatch, with a B20vtec is putting down 408 on 18psi and full internal work.

Ok, it's physically impossibel....here is the proof that you are DEAD WRONG, MORON!
Master tech my ***, lol, you're probably some little kid talking **** on the internet for all I know....I think your stupidity is what people will see right through.
Here's a stock d16y8 making 305 whp.
Dyno Chart

And for those haters that say "you have to have sleeves," here's one for you, stock sleeves in an LS block:
Dyno 2

I thought it was physically impossible? Ok, you have just proven yourself wrong, Mr. Master Tech. Seriously, STFU.

I just love when people use their "length of residency" of a forum as a source of credibility

Well, I have alot more than length of time on here as credibility. Just look at my sig and everything I've done with my car and the contributions I've made to the site. I'd say most people probably believe I know what I'm talking about over some new kid with 13 posts. Hell, just look at all the wrietups I've made for people on the site to use just because they've asked.

when you have a high horsepower car (300+) the last injectors on the rail get starved of fuel without a fuel return line back into the tank. The return allows the fuel to evenly go THROUGH the rail offering all the injectors the same amount of fuel. Hope this cleared everything up
