Stupid CARB!!!

Stupid California Emissions laws..

So, is there any turbo setup that is CARB legal? If not, I guess a CA k20a2 swap is in order.

If I can muster the cash that is, anyone have a list of CARB legal parts since their site is down for 'Emergency Servicing'?

for $650, it isnt a complete turbo kit.

was it on ebay?

If you find a turbo kit for an unbelievable price, then it most likely is not a complete kit and is composed of shitty parts.

A new GT28rs turbo costs more that that whole 'kit' you posted above.

And just a bit of heads up..... dont buy turbo parts off ebay. They are either some ss-autochrome, OBX, or xs-power POS, or they are used parts. And people usually only sell parts that cheap when they have something wrong with them.
