I know honda's are a little different and cheaper to do things, but I'm just stating that the AEM is pretty cheap considering other cars.
I like to say when going turbo you can only pic two of the three:
speed
reliability
cash

that's the nice thing about the tec3 though, it's fully PnP now, but yes the tune I wouldn't even kow where to start on it, I'm probably looking at 1K+ for the tune, but it will be so worth it,
I want to see the lexus when you get it done, I've seen cheaply turboed is300's but I really want to see a well done one,
I wasn't even aware of any EMS's out for the 2jzge yet?

IMO it looks as if the AFR started going VERY rich around 3500rpm and didnt flaten out around 12:1ish like it should... BUT from the HUGE spike on the AFR afterwards @ 4000rpm im im guessing that the AFR reading was faulty. Had it gone THAT lean it would have prolly made some insane HP numbers but if you look at the HP slope at that point it seems to be a gradual climb to about 5500rpm. My GUESS is at that point you either went real lean or real rich causing it to taper pretty fast on the HP. But without a reliable AFR reading its kinda hard to say.

Do you think I need walboro fuel pump for extra fuel pressure after 4000 rpm ???

the TSI kit with the injectors is notorious for being to rich or to lean thats the nature of the best.. but I am running iridium IK20 step 6 and spent countless hours changing my settings. Using knowledge from some others we came up with somewhat better setting but my EX ecu is always fighting for adjustment. From what we came up with try this out.
starting at 0psi do the settings starting @ 3.0 and go 3 up each step until you reach your limit of PSI ( mine went to 12 psi)
adjustment 68%
Timer 60s
the RPM settings start at 1500 rpm.. from there do 1.2 and add .4 to each adjustement
this should give you an even curve if not something is out of it

^^I used your inj settings, but did not test it out on the dyno, probably will do it closer to spring now, when weather tempreture rises.
Thanks for the settings.

I think my stock pump cant get enough fuel when under boost.
So, no I'm searching this site and asking aroungd of what type walbro 255 fuel pump i need. Did not get firm answers as yet.
^^^ Do you know what with one of many walbo pumps I need?

you could also do the e-manage or apexi controller with the rsx injectors

But, if you look on my dyno chart, something happening at about 4000 rpms, this is where engine builds its power under full boost load, that little bottom out on the graph, makes me think my fuel pump not getting good fuel ammount to all 6 injectors.
